1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Beauty Base Zero LLC, doing business as Draped (“DrapedAI”). By creating an account or using the DrapedAI website, mobile apps (including the iOS app distributed via the Apple App Store), or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (COPPA).
- Apple displays the app's age rating in the App Store; our 13+ minimum still applies.
- Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s involvement, including for any in-app purchases on iOS (Apple Family Sharing / Ask to Buy).
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity under your account.
4. The Service
DrapedAI is an AI-powered fashion stylist and virtual try-on app. Features may include a digital closet, AI virtual try-on, AI stylist chat, a social inspo feed, direct messages, posts, comments, affiliate-linked recommendations, and paid subscription tiers.
5. User content
You retain ownership of photos, posts, comments, and messages you submit. You grant DrapedAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process (including crop / segment / composite for try-on) that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. Photos of people must depict yourself or someone who has given you express permission.
You will not upload unlawful, harassing, infringing, or sexually explicit content, content depicting minors in a sexualized context, or photos of others without consent.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using the Service you agree to our Community Guidelines, which govern what you may post and send. You can report objectionable content or block another user from within the app. We review reports and will remove violating content and/or suspend or terminate the responsible user, typically within 24 hours. 6. AI features and limitations
Try-on results, outfit suggestions, and stylist chat outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. They are for entertainment and inspiration only and are not professional styling, sizing, or shopping advice.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple via In-App Purchase and are governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms. iOS refunds are issued by Apple, not DrapedAI. Manage iOS subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Prices on iOS may differ from web due to Apple’s commission and price tiers. Free trials auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before they end.
8. Creator features
Creator earnings (e.g. shared affiliate links) require accepting the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and you are responsible for any taxes on amounts received.
9. Affiliate links and commerce
DrapedAI may earn a commission when you click product links and make a purchase. See our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not sell or ship products ourselves.
10. Intellectual property
DrapedAI, the DRAPED name and logo, and the Service software are owned by Beauty Base Zero LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
11. Termination
You may delete your account from in-app settings or by emailing support@drapedai.com. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or as required by law.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI OUTPUTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAPEDAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $100.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify DrapedAI from claims arising out of your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing law and disputes
Governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes resolved by binding individual arbitration; class actions waived.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date means you accept changes.
17. Apple App Store (iOS users)
These Terms are between you and Beauty Base Zero LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the iOS app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, not Apple’s. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual property claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. You must comply with applicable third-party terms (e.g. your wireless carrier’s terms) when using the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, may enforce them against you.
